Our story

Chef-led, and proud of where the food comes from.

Chittagong Kitchen was founded by Chef Mehrab Musa, a Bangladeshi chef and entrepreneur based in Concord / Vaughan, Ontario. He arrived in Canada in May 2022, and cooks the food he grew up with — the heritage flavours of Chittagong and Bangladesh — for tables across Ontario and Canada.

From Concord / Vaughan, Chittagong Kitchen offers preordered meals and full-service catering. There is no dine-in restaurant: every meal is cooked to order, for a family table, a dawat or a milestone event.

What we cook

Heritage food. Generous hosting.

Our cooking is built around the dishes that make a gathering feel complete: slow-cooked bhuna, celebration biryani, wedding-style chicken roast and the bhortas, daals and vegetables that belong beside them.

From a meal at home to a full event, we plan the food and service around the occasion — not the other way around. All items are halal, and preorders are taken 24–48 hours ahead.

How to order

Start with a table, not a reservation.

For a family meal, browse the menus and send an invoice request — we confirm availability, delivery if needed, and the final invoice before anything is final. For a celebration, tell us the date, venue, guest count and menu style, and we will shape a proposal.

Phone / WhatsApp: +1 (437) 981-6442
Pickup: Concord / Vaughan — the pickup location is sent with your invoice.
Preorder: 24–48 hours ahead. No online payment.
